我们要高举多边主义旗帜，秉持和倡导开放包容理念。共商共建共享、开放包容透明是“一带一路”合作的灵魂所在，也是时代潮流所趋。“一带一路”合作应当成为维护全球化和自由贸易、改革完善全球治理的中坚力量。我们要坚决反对单边主义、保护主义，坚持建设开放型世界经济，维护多边贸易体制，促进贸易投资自由化便利化，推动经济全球化朝着更加开放、包容、普惠、平衡、共赢的方向发展。我们要继续开展三方和多边合作，实现“一带一路”倡议与其他双多边合作议程的协调和共赢。

Let us uphold multilateralism, and advocate openness and inclusiveness. The essence of Belt and Road cooperation is the principle of consultation and cooperation for shared benefits and the spirit of openness, inclusiveness and transparency. It also represents the defining trend of our times. Belt and Road cooperation can and should become a prime example of safeguarding globalization and free trade and advancing reform to update global governance. We must firmly reject unilateralism and protectionism, and stay committed to an open world economy. We must defend the multilateral trading system, and enhance trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, in an effort to foster a more open, inclusive and balanced economic globalization that benefits all. We need to advance trilateral and multilateral cooperation to synergize the Belt and Road Initiative and other bilateral and multilateral cooperation programs for win-win results.
