我们要加强公共卫生合作，为全球抗疫作出更大贡献。我们要落实好去年高峰论坛联合公报中关于加强卫生领域合作的承诺，分享抗疫经验，合作推进抗疫物资的援助与供应，药物、疫苗的研发生产，加快共建“健康丝绸之路”。我们要继续支持世界卫生组织在协调全球疫情防控方面发挥领导作用，探讨建立区域公共卫生应急联络机制，适时举办全球公共卫生安全高级别会议。我们也要像对待本国公民一样照顾好对方的公民，为参与“一带一路”和其他合作项目的人员及时提供医疗和安全保障。

Let us step up public health cooperation to make greater contributions to the global fight against COVID-19. As part of the efforts to follow through on the health cooperation commitment set out in the Joint Communiqué of last year's Belt and Road Forum, we need to share experience in COVID-19 response, and make concerted efforts for the assistance and provision of containment supplies and the research and production of therapeutics and vaccines. All this will help push forward the development of a "Silk Road of health". We should continue to support WHO in playing a leading role in coordinating the global response to COVID-19, explore the establishment of regional response liaison mechanisms for public health emergencies, and convene when appropriate a high-level meeting on global public health security. We also need to take good care of foreign nationals like our own, and provide timely medical services to and protect the safety of those working for the Belt and Road and other cooperation projects.
